The HK6070-PRO01 is a 1+1 pockets banknote sorting machine that supports counting more than 80 global currencies. It is equipped with a 4.3-inch touch screen for easy operation. In terms of banknote counting function, it can not only count mixed denominations and intelligently sort, but also realize automatic currency identification and mixed counting of multiple currencies. The device also uses a carefully designed dust cover, effectively prevents pollution, transforming the high-risk sorting work of financial institutions and cash processing centers into a precise, comfortable and data-driven workflow.
Multi-Currency Counting Mode
The HK6070-PRO01 supports multi-currency mixed counting, allowing different currencies to be processed together without manual pre-sorting. The machine supports more than 65 currencies and also provides currency customization options.
Automatic Currency Recognition Mode
With automatic currency recognition, the machine identifies the currency of each banknote during processing. The HK6070-PRO01 delivers bank-grade counterfeit detection and verification.
Banknote Sorting & Fitness Grading
The machine provides comprehensive banknote sorting capabilities, including value sorting, face sorting, orientation sorting, and version sorting. The HK6070-PRO01 supports multiple banknote fitness grading standards to meet different circulation needs.
ATM-grade sorting (ATM) retains only banknotes with 70% fitness or above for ATM loading.
FIT-grade sorting (FIT) retains banknotes with 40% fitness or above for continued circulation.
FIT + OLD sorting (F+O) separates banknotes with 40% fitness or below, facilitating withdrawal and further processing.
Operation Interface & Display
The machine features a 4.3" HD full-color touch screen, providing a clear and intuitive user interface. Key counting, sorting, and detection information is displayed in real time, improving operational efficiency and ease of use. It also supports PC External Display for detailed record exports.
Banknote Transport Structure & Maintenance
The HK6070-PRO01 is designed with a dust-cover structure to enhance durability in professional cash-processing environments. Its banknote transportation channel supports easy access for routine maintenance and quick handling of jammed banknotes.
Printing Functions: The machine supports the printing of counting and sorting records by connecting to an external thermal printer or using an optional built-in printer. Two receipt formats are available, with or without a serial number.
User Account Management: The system allows operators to create individual user accounts within the machine. When receipts are printed, the name of the currently logged-in user is displayed on the receipt, making the device especially suitable for banking environments where multiple tellers operate the same machine and accountability is required.
Networking & Data Management: The HK6070-PRO01 supports network connectivity for uploading the counting and sorting data. It can also be connected to a PC via LAN cable or Type-C data cable, enabling real-time data recording and monitoring through the PC External Display software. Easily collect currency data for new currency development and false alarm data analysis.
Serial Number Blacklist Function: When counterfeit banknotes are detected, their serial numbers can be recorded in a blacklist within the system. This function enables convenient review, aggregation, and management of counterfeit serial numbers, improving risk control and traceability.
